1. Happy new year to all those who are following the Julian calendar and will celebrate the New Year on January 14th 2021.

2. Wear your mask PROPERLY in the church. If you are at high risk during the pandemic, stay home. Remember, you may always watch the live Mass from St. John on our Face- book page East River Catholics or watch the Mass from other parishes on their pages like St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

3. Thank you for your continued prayers and financial support of the parish. If you have not made your offerings ‘electronically,’ I encourage you to consider using www. Faith Direct.net. And, thank you to all who have mailed their offerings to the parish office during the pandemic.

4. If you are on the ‘envelope system,’ the offertory envelopes boxes have arrived and are on the tables at each of the churches. If you cannot find your envelopes or your name / address is incorrect, please contact the parish of- fice. There have been some mistakes by the vendor that provides the envelopes.

1. Šťastný nový rok všetkým, ktorí slávia Nový rok podľa Juliánskeho kalendára 14. januára 2021.

2. Noste SPRÁVNE svoju masku počas vášho pobytu v ko- stole. Ak ste v pandémie vystavení vysokému zdravotnému riziku, zostaňte doma. Nezabudnite, že svätú omšu z Kos- tola sv. Jána môžete vždy sledovať na našej facebookovej stránke East River Catholics, alebo môžete sledovať omšu z iných farností na ich stránkach, ako napríklad z Katedrály sv. Patrika.

3. Ďakujem za vaše stále modlitby a finančnú podporu farnosti. Ak svoje milodary nedávate „elektronicky“, od- porúčam vám pouvažovať nad použitím služby www.Faith Direct.net. Ďakujem všetkým, ktorí počas pandémie zaslali svoje milodary na farský úrad.

4. Ak ste v ‘obálkovom systéme‘, krabičky s týždennými obálkami sme dostali a sú na stoloch v obidvoch kos- toloch. Ak nenájdete krabičku so svojimi obálkami alebo je chyba vo vašom mene / adrese, kontaktujte farský úrad. Našlo sa niekoľko chýb zo strany dodávateľa, ktorý nám dodáva naše obálky.
