1. Congratulations and many blessed years to Anna Smid who was baptized in St. JohnNepomucene Church on Saturday, August 10th.

2. I hope you are having a wonderful summer. Enjoy your vacation and get some well-deserved rest. Remember you still have to go to Sunday Mass.

3. Please join our Slovak community for the annual Pilgrimage to the Graymoor Spiritual Life Center, Garrison, NY on Sunday, September 15th. More details in the bulletin announcement.

4. Please take a look at our website for all of the upcoming events. We also have the entire year’s schedule listed for
East River Concerts (19) and the English Religious Education programs at St. John and St. Frances. A lot of work has been done over the summer to plan for our ministry programs.

5. Thank you to the parish cantors and musicians who gathered on Saturday, August 24 for a workshop and clinic on liturgical ministry and music! We are blessed by your service!

1. Gratulujem a prajem veľa požehnaných rokov Anne Smid, ktorá bola pokrstená v Kostole sv. Jána Nepomuckého v sobotu 10. augusta.

2. Dúfam, že si užívate krásne letné počasie. Oddýchnite si a občerstvite sa na dovolenkách. Nezabudnite, aj v lete máte povinnosť zúčastniť sa nedeľnej sv. omše.

3. Poďte s nami na našu výročnú slovenskú púť do Graymoor Spiritual Life Center, Garrison, NY v nedeľu 15. septembra. Ďalšie informácie nájdete v bulletine.

4. Prosím, navštívte našu web stránku, kde nájdete oznamy o našich plánovaných podujatiach. Tiež tam nájdete celoročný program koncertnej série East River Concerts (19 koncertov) a program hodín vyučovania náboženstva v Kostole sv. Jána a sv. Františky. Počas leta sme tvrdo pracovali na plánovaní našich hudobných a vzdelávacíchprogramov.
