ABOUT THE ARTIST
MARK PACOE made his international debut at St. Paul’s (London), Chichester Cathedral, and St. Mary’s Cathedral (Edinburgh) in 1998. Other recital tours have included festivals in Sicily, Israel and Palestine; Netherlands, Paris & Rouen, Slovakia Historic Organ Festival, ‘Voices in the House’ Sydney Town Hall and Sydney Opera House, ‘Perform in Harmony with Olympic Spirit’ (XXIX Olympiad) Beijing and Shanghai (China); Pistoia, Cantú, Arona and Duomo Florence (Italy); Cathedral of Sens (France); Gland (Switzerland); Göteborg (Sweden); Sankt Johannes Copenhagen (Denmark), Haydn Festival Vienna (Austria); and the American British Academy Muscat (Oman). Mr. Pacoe has also performed in venues throughout the USA including Los Angeles, Berkeley, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Boston, Houston, Ft. Worth, St. Louis, Montgomery, Pittsburgh, Indiana, Youngstown, Buffalo, Canton, Naples, Newark, Nashville, Washington, D. C., Princeton, and New York City. Mr. Pacoe’s recording, ‘Crossroads – Music from St. Malachy’s, The Actors’ Chapel, Times Square, NYC’ was released in 2015 on the ACIS label. Mr. Pacoe has presented for many AGO chapters and adjudicated numerous organ competitions in the NYC region, France and Italy. Mr. Pacoe serves as Director of Music of East River Catholics on the East Side in Manhattan and is also a member of the Liturgical Music Commission of the Archdiocese of New York.
